I am Elliot Bai, also known as 白苏. I am a serial entrepreneur with a product background, experience in large tech companies, and several startup attempts behind me.
I built what I believe was the world’s first Android parking payment system, worked on Chia mining machine R&D and design, and left my job in 2024 to build the world’s first design Agent: Mew.Design. It was commercialized earlier than Lovart.
Mew.Design can now use agents to iterate, build, operate, and make money with a high degree of automation. It reached paying users across 80+ countries with zero ad spend, and remains my strongest field sample for Agent Framework, AI Coding, and AI native product building.
Today, I lead enterprise AI transformation at a cosmetics brand company, working on enterprise Harness / FDE and enterprise Agents. I also lead an AI native team building our own enterprise Agent systems.
I am also an open-source contributor to Mastra.AI, and I have long-running hands-on experience with Agent Frameworks, Multi-Agent systems, Sub-Agents, Memory, Agent Loops, Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
