While developers questioned ZCode's silent full-repository snapshots, Zhipu announced GLM-5.3-FlashX. A read-only forensic review of ZCode 3.12.3 found a 748 MiB encrypted snapshot whose manifest was 98.9% .git, plus a complete credential-to-OSS upload path.
